The studio

One engineer.
Full stack of craft.

Most studios are a relay race: strategist to designer to developer to editor, with your idea losing speed at every baton pass. This studio is one runner.

The mark

The frames are traced from the navigator glasses I wear. One lens human, one lens machine. The clear lens is the person who sees the problem first. The lit lens is the machine I build for it, and the cursor is the moment before the next line is written.

The story so far

Operations first.
Then I learned to build.

Five years inside enterprise operations taught me how big companies actually run. Every tool I build now starts from that: the real workflow, not the slide.

  1. 2021 → 2022

Customer Support AssociateTech Mahindra · Amazon US escalation desk

High-priority escalations across orders, payments and accounts inside CRM-style ticketing. My first look at structured workflows and audit trails, later the blueprint for the CRM I built.

  2. 2022 → 2024

Business Operations Senior AssociateAccenture · Procure to Pay

End-to-end P2P across SAP, Oracle, Lawson and ServiceNow. I automated reporting, reconciliation and dispute tracking with VBA and macros: the earliest version of build-the-tool.

  3. 2024 → now

AI Solutions Engineer & Creative Technology LeadSphereTree Analytics · Bengaluru

Built the company's CRM and ERP from scratch; all 20 employees run their day on it. RAG pipelines on locally served models, automations in n8n, Zapier and Power Automate, 15+ production websites, and a GenAI pipeline shipping 15 photorealistic films a month.

  4. 2026

MCA, Full Stack DevelopmentJain University · completed June 2026

On top of a B.Com (2022). I speak English, Hindi, Kannada and Marathi, with basic Japanese.

How it works

Four steps.
No surprises.

You brief the person who scopes the problem, writes the code, directs the films and ships the site. Decisions happen in minutes.

  1. Day 1

    Brief

One call, one page. What the work must do, who it has to move, what failure looks like. You get a fixed scope and a fixed quote.

  2. Week 1

    Direction

For systems, a working proof of the riskiest piece. For films, real frames in three visual routes, not moodboards. You pick, I lock the rules.

  3. Weeks 2–3

    Production

The build happens: pipeline, automation, film or site, produced in one place so everything matches everything.

  4. Launch

    Delivery

Source, files, films, documentation and the prompt systems, so your team keeps producing after I leave. You own all of it.

Questions before the first call

What clients ask,
answered straight.

What does an AI Solutions Engineer actually do?

I take a slow or manual business process and turn it into a working system. That can be a RAG pipeline that answers questions from your private data, an automation built in n8n or Zapier, or a full internal tool. The CRM and ERP I built at SphereTree now runs the day for 20 people who used to live in spreadsheets.

Can you automate our workflow or build our internal tool?

Yes, that is the core of what I do. I map the real workflow first, then build the smallest system that removes the manual work: automations in n8n, Zapier or Power Automate, custom tools on the MERN stack, and AI agents where judgment is needed. You get working software, documentation and handover, not a slide deck.

Is our confidential data safe in an AI project?

Yes. For sensitive work I run open-source models on dedicated infrastructure: ComfyUI, Ollama and local video models on machines I control. Confidential material is processed on that private stack and never touches a third-party cloud. Where client policy allows hosted APIs, I say so clearly and we decide together.

How do you make AI videos look real?

Direction, not luck. I write the script and storyboard first, design the shots, then generate with tools like Veo, Kling, Sora and Higgsfield, and finish with edit, grade and sound in Premiere Pro and After Effects. I ship 15 photorealistic pieces a month, and the ones you see went through dozens of rejected takes each.

Do you work with clients in the US, Europe and the Gulf remotely?

Yes, most of my work is fully remote. I am based in Bengaluru, India, which overlaps European mornings and Gulf afternoons, and I run asynchronous updates for US time zones. Briefs, reviews and delivery happen over WhatsApp, email and screen-share, with a written scope so nothing depends on being in the same room.
