- Every project gets a fixed scope and a fixed quote after one short call. No retainers, no lock-in. Pricing is quoted in USD and billed against milestones, so you approve and pay per deliverable. If you want to test the water first, I offer a small fixed-fee sprint before any full build.
- How fast can you start, and how fast do you deliver?
- Usually within the same week. Brief me on Monday and you see the first working piece or the first frames by Friday. One person holds the whole pipeline, so there are no internal hand-offs or sign-off queues. Systems, films and websites move in days and weeks, not quarters.
- What do I own at the end of the project?
- Everything. You get the source code, the final files, the automations, the finished films and the prompt systems that produced the AI work, so your team can keep going without me. Nothing is rented back to you and there is no lock-in.
